That your actually getting what you ordered and that it will actually arrive on the day it says.
I'm very upset with the product I received. I ordered a 1oz coin and only received a half oz coin. So paid almost $1500 for a half oz gold coin when the half oz gold coin was only about $600 or so. Now am going to have to deal with a bunch of bullshit and hassle to get the actual item I ordered.

I was sent the wrong count I got a 1/2 oz not 1 oz. was charged fully for it and have gotten zero help from anyone on fixing the issue!
