Not sure if it's the product or seller

First time buying this brand of hops. The wrapper for the hops came really worn and you can feel the pellets have been crushed. I could smell the hops through the bag due to holes in the wrapper, and product wasn't vacuumed sealed. Even though the price was good I wouldn't recommend this product or seller, save your money and buy elsewhere.***Edit***Seller reached out to me and mad it right. The sent a replacement order and it came just as I originally expected. I plan on moving forward with my brew day soon. Thank you for your customer service!
