Don't bother messing with anything else as long as you know what you're doing.
There's a few very important things about these moon clips that some of the other reviewers might not follow.(1) These are for STARLINE brand brass only. If you want to use other brass, you need different moons.(2) These are designed to be as tight as humanly possible. You will absolutely need a tool, and the one by one tools might not work. I use the BMT mooner, which takes some torque, but keeps the clip flat. It's possible they'll get easier to load and unload over time, but don't bank on it.(3) These are, hands down, the best possible moon for serious revolver competitors. They hold the cartridges as straight as can be, so reloads are blazing fast.If you want the best, get these.

Great moonclips for Starline brass only...
These are the best moonclips for Starline brass in my 627. Hold things tight and straight. You have to use the proper loading tools to load and unload or else you will bend and ruin the moon clip.

Super hard to load
Super hard to load. It warped / bent. The first few bullets are not as hard. But by the time you get to 7 and 8 extremely difficult. 3 warped, one bent and three I gave up on. I used a loader and still junk. The ones that came with my revolver worked much better. They are a nice and good looking peace. How ever they are very hard to lead without bending them.I won't buy these again. I don't recommend this product at all.

If you are looking for the best performance possible for competition
These are competition grade moonclips. Designed to have zero flop when loaded with STARLINE brass only. They are very tight, you will need a Moonclip Tool with the correct arbor in the center, and Starline brass to load them properly. It can be done with Needle Nose pliers, but I prefer my Moonclip Tool.If you are looking for the best performance possible for competition, buy these. If you are going to the range to plink, these are overkill. I own over 60 of these, and love them. Really speed up a reload.
