I have purchased many items from Tervis' Triple Walled merchandise, not only in the cups but also their water bottles as well. This cup has kept my water ice cold for at least 72 hours and my hot chocolate hot for 8-10 hours! I never put my cups or in the lids in the dishwasher. I have also given these Tervis Cups as gifts and the recipients were all very happy. I highly recommend this product!
