TECHNICE 5.1-Channel HOME THEATER speakers System PACKAGE WHITE PASSIVE SUBWOOFER (COLOR: SILVER)

I bought two sets of these speakers, which were sent to a warehouse and included into a container with my offshore moving. The container recently arrived with all my stuff and, to my surprise, one of the boxes contained a used set: open box, no user manual, no plastic/wrappings, scratches on a few speakers, wire ends scrambled, i.e., clearly used. Now I am overseas and can not return the item...This company is not serious. They are either (i) hiding that they sell used/refurbished or (ii) there is no quality control check. In either case, they suck. Do not buy from them.I give two stars because the other Set (of the two I bought) was new.
