Does the box come sealed?

Yes, the box comes completely sealed. I have ordered both the chocolate covered cherries and maple creams and the candy arrived in sealed boxes, fresh and delicious.

Are these labeled so you know which one you're biting into?

Hi SDP,Unfortunately not as of this writing in March 2017. We concede that the "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get" expression is well deserved for most of the chocolate and confectionery industry. Our boxes are hand packed with care and not automated on machinery. Due to differences in weight and cream size, exact assortments may vary slightly.Philadelphia Candies certainly recognizes most consumers would like to know where flavors are located in the box, and we will take this into consideration with our product development team. Thank you for your interest.

Ingredients in the dark chocolate truffles show no “gluten.” I hope this helps?
