Can’t attach it to chair
Can’t attach it to the chair. Same product that was ordered previously and this one doesn’t fit.

Edited, Slightly Downgraded Review
The text below was written a few days after I received the product. It works well but has slipped off the frame several times. The problem is that it works its way upward and off the vertical rods that secure it to the chair back. I will probably fix that with a drop of glue. Still, it appears identical to the Herman Miller product which is almost twice as expensive. Old text: Less expensive than Herman Miller version but appears identical. Fast delivery, extremely easy installation (no tools), and feels great. As one reviewer said, "new life for (a decade-old) chair." I use it for hours every day, and will report back if there's a problem.
