Great for making candied orange peel
Perfect for when I do candied orange peel. and if they don't drive fast enough I can leave them on the rack and pop them on the sheet pan and Papa and put them in the oven. The rack does tend to rust if I'm not careful but it was really good value for the money. I believe that I will actually buy a few more.

Nice cross-wire rack but It did not fit my Farberware 9"x13" baking pan.
I use this style of cross-wire rack mostly for cooling cookies etc. I might also use cross-wire styles occasionally for roasting or broiling but find the tighter wire configuration a bit harder to clean compared to an open wire type designed for roasting. This particular product is nice quality but one of the cross wires is severely crooked and fused in place by the chrome plating. Not a big deal and it does not affect usage.I bought this to use with my 9x13 Farberware nonstick bakeware baking pan and it did NOT fit all the way to the bottom of the pan. This surprised me as the description stated: “Fits great in 9 x 13 sheet pan”. I can’t fault this Libertyware product as they accurately listed their dimensions as 8.5 x 12 inches and I should have checked my pan. Perhaps the issue is sheet pan vs deeper baking pan. Otherwise, this is a decent product, just be aware of dimensions.

Good small size.
This works to sit on top of my propane firecan, just the right size.

ok, not terrible, not amazing.
Cheaply made. I bought this to use as a dish drain for clean dishes in my small sink. It did the job except that it rusts if left wet. That won't work for drying wet dishes. Was cheap so I'm not too bummed but would have been nice. Guess I'll have to use it as a small cooling rack. I'm guessing this would work well for that, as long as it doesn't rust.

GREAT FOR BAKED FRENCH FRIES or FISH
I looked forever for something I could use to heat/bake frozen french fries and breaded fish instead of aluminum foil, which was getting costly. This rack seems to be made solid and not light weight like a cooling rack would be. The grate goes in two different directions so it holds the food in place, allowing the heat to reach all of the food to cook evenly and letting the drippings fall through to whatever you place the rack on. I have it sitting on a 13.25x9.25 inch cookie sheet with a bit of room to spare. And cleaning is easy since it states that it can go into a dishwasher safely instead of having to always clean by hand.I purchased two of them right away. Seems like a lot of products come on the market, then disappear when you need a replacement. I've only owned this for a few months so I can't talk about it's life span but I don't ever want to be without one. I've never used it for broiling so I can't comment on how well it holds up to that but I think it would work just fine.

It's a misrepresentation.
It claims it's 9×13 inches. However, in its detailed description it claims that it is 12 inches but fits a 9×13 inch pan. They didn't write that in their listing. So it's a lie. I expected it to be 13 inches. So it has to go back.

I like crisp, crunchy oven baked foods -- goodbye soggy, greasy food!
They fit my quarter (9" x 13") and half size (18" x 13") baking sheets very well -- minimal gaps on the edges. And nice separation above the pan or counter -- keeps the food away from grease and allows air to circulate. Performed well with glazed pork chops, Shake'N Bake chicken, home-made battered fish filets and breaded fish sticks, bacon, french fries and tater tots. I have also used them as cooling racks for homemade bread.I was not sure about the cross wire design but have found that the stability provided with little to no loss of grease drainage and aeration capability, particularly for heavier foods, admirable and worth any cleanup hassle.Wash by hand after each use and season them with oil!!! After learning the hard way with similar racks from kitchen stores that rusted when not cared for, being consistent about cleaning/seasoning will ensure a longer lasting product. Cleans up decently with some soaking and a little bit of scrubbing.
