My dermatologist recommended this for gut health due to severe contact dermatitis on my skin resulting from gut health decline. I’m 45 years old. I started this a week ago one every morning on empty stomach. I have seen a great amount of difference in my digestion and I feel great. I will continue to use and re-order.

I like the different strains etc you can choose from. Since more than one person in household takes these I would like to see a larger quantity. Possibly I have overlooked so will be looking again. Price is great they want way too much in stores. They work because there are no stomach issues. No bad taste or burping after you take it like others do. Free of unnecessary ingredients as well. Because we are all trying to be healthy so why put stuff in there that doesnt belong. I also purchase other things with the Now brand and I am satisfied.

Probably my 15th different probiotic that I have purchased in the last four years, and this has to be the best so far at least for my body. First off I look for the main Lactobacillus strains and the Bifidobacterium strains. The former works on the small intestine while the latter on the large intestine. At least that's what I've read. Also the quantity of 10 to 25 billion is right at where doctors recommend and also dietitians and nutritionists. The refrigeration and the opaque bottle are also a couple of things to look for. After reading a ton, no microorganism will survive for very long if it's not refrigerated. Think of the produce and foods that we keep. If you left them out they would mold and so do most probiotic which basically end up in becoming an empty capsule. The NOW brand is one I've used before and trust. The number of reviews including my own verify that it is a quality, dependable product. There are other products that have bigger names out there and by the end of 2016 the probiotic market may reach close to $50 billion which is incredible. Go with a brand that you trust and meets all of the essentials. I don't buy into the 25 strains in one pill, or the 50 billion in one capsule. I think getting the ones that have been researched for the longest amount of time in the best quality way possible you can't miss. Just got done with a round of antibiotics for 10 days which I had to adjust when I took the probiotic as to not negate each other, but did not have any problems with tummy issues and have taken them for a week afterwards and then started to taper off to every other day until my stomach may or may not cooperate. The other reason I have high regard for this product is I've noticed a little boost in the immune system is other people around me are sick and I have not had much of a problem. I would ease into them if you're not familiar with any probiotic. I also like to alternate days where I just need three servings of yogurt and the next day take this. After reading a little more you don't want to take it with a heavy meal, but you also don't want to take it on an empty stomach as others may suggest. About 45 minutes to an hour after a light meal is a great time to pop one of these better yet, take it with some natural prebiotic like a banana. Just Google search prebiotic foods and you'll come up with a list of something in your kitchen. This will help benefit the probiotic without creating too much gastric acid that kills microorganisms. Everybody is different and every body is different, if you have tried others without success... What do you have to lose? I'm just happy I found one that works for me is my go to. Now our bodies will get adjusted to certain regiments so I may switch it a couple times a year, but definitely this should be in everyone's refrigerator.

Great probiotic! I recently read an article about new research linking people who live to be 100+ years all seem to have high levels of certain bifidobacterium strains found in their gut micro biome. There aren’t many probiotic’s out that contain any of the bifidobacterium strains listed in the article. This was one of the few probiotics I found to have some of the strains and wasn’t super expensive. There are a few others out there that contain more strains but they were all $50+ dollars or more. Since starting it, I do feel better overall. It also prevented me from catching the terrible cold both my husband & son came down with recently. Extremely happy with it and will definitely reorder more!

Great product

Seem to work well and a bit cheaper than the name brand that rhymes with Mature Hade. I like that it's a larger quantity and I won't have to re-order every month. Easy-to-open packaging and a good seal for reclosing. No odor or unpleasant taste, but I don't really suck on them either. Down the gullet, ya know?

Ce n'est pas facile de choisir le bon probiotique. Celui-ci est parfait, merci Amazon : un très bon produit, à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Pourquoi est-il parfait : d'abord, son dosage très performant à 25 billion. En plus le nombre très satisfaisant de souches différentes qu'il contient. En effet, on peut être positivement réactif à certaines souches de bactéries et pas à d'autres- Il contient dix souches dont les acidophilus, mais aussi les plantarius, salivarius, longum, entre-autres, bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour aller bien!!
