Very happy. Worked right out of the box. No need to program and works better than the one that came with the sound bar. Just wish it was smaller.

Couldn't make it work for my Polk Soundbar
I bought this remote to replace my Polk Soundbar remote. The remote died. New batteries did not revive it. I used the Polk soundbar to raise the volume and clarity of voices when watching TV. My old remote had 3-levels for doing that and it worked well. Far better than the soundbar that came with my Samsung monitor. The replacement remote was able to provide all the basic functions but not this 3-level human voice function. Might just be me. I just couldn't make it work.
