The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely LOVE these cups. However, i have a big problem. Two of the cups have holes and the water seeps through to the second layer making it impossible to get it out and clean. Look at the video attached. This makes two of my cups useless and it gets mold when the water stays trapped inside. I wish they’d send me a new pack being that out of 4 only two were usable. :( the hole is on the inside of the cup so it’s inevitable for it to seep through

Defective and a waste of money. As other reviews have stated they have a pin hole in the bottom presumably to create the air gap between the inside and outside of the cups. If these are dishwashed or sit in a sink of water the gap will fill with fluid that can’t be removed. If you do own these I recommend hand washing even though they advertise as dishwasher safe. According to other reviewers the outfit that sells these don't seem to stand by the product and replace these defective cups. One solution I tried to remove the water in the air gap was to put them in the microwave to evaporate the fluid (which worked) but this is a design flaw and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops. My suggestion is do not waste your time and money with these cups as you will eventually be throwing hard earned cash in the trash.

I have had these cups for 10 months and at first they were great. But about 4 months ago one of the four cups got water inside the the cup. I threw it away and figured it was something I might have done. However, today it happened to a second one. There is a tiny hole on the bottom I assume the water is leaking into.I wouldn't recommend these. I realize I have had them awhile, but I'm down to two cups and I assume the same thing will happen eventually to that last two.

the original package/box is very good, well-protected, check photos.quality is ok, If I compare with Bodum, for sure Bodum is better, this one feels like plastic but not bad.The holding is ok, however, i prefer elevated handles which provides easy to hold if you have wet handsMy biggest disappointment was the branding at the bottom of the glass.It is white highlighted and it doesn't look as quality as expected

These cups are the perfect size for my Nespresso machine. They have a 6 ounce capacity which is just the right size for the Lungo portion on my Nespresso which dispenses 5.5 ounces. The cups are also double insulated whick keeps your beverage hot or cold longer. All in all these are excellent cups for the price.

We have tried multiple types of espresso cups and these are BY FAR the best! Some are too small - these hold at least a shot & a half with room for milk. Some (most) have wimpy little handles that you can barely put your finger through - these have enough room two or more and are comfortable for a man to hold. Some get too hot - these are double -walled so the coffee stays hot and the outside is cool (and they're microwave safe). Some have fancy colors or designs - that's nice I guess but these are clear and I like to see the different layers of my espresso drink. Bottom line ... these are pretty perfect!

These were a gift for my friend to use with his espresso machine. They're the perfect size for a shot with some cream. One had an imperfection - it wasn't sealed properly and water got in. He contacted the company directly and they sent him a well-packed, quickly shipped replacement. Still a great product, lighter than expected. Minimal but high quality.

As other reviewers have noted, there are small holes in the bottom of the cups, between the two layers. When placed in the dishwasher, the middle of the cup fills up with soap water. If you then microwave the cup, to remove the liquid, the soap water turns the cup an unsightly off-white color.
