Simply Seated is a great tool!
The “Simply Seated 2015” DVD is well put together and very organized, with time to hydrate and adjust for transitions from beginning to end! Obviously, the sophomore project to the other, which was awkward, confusing and disjointed. (But the visuals on the locations to film were a relaxing treat for the eyes) “Simply Seated” is the jewel in this package, and it’s evident at the end of the workout that it was worth it! Need more like it!!

A great workout variety of choices!
The word Exercise is close to profanity in my book. But I'd become too stiff & was experiencing too many leg/foot cramps so I thought I'd give this DVD series a try. I'd tried some on line chair/yoga but they didn't really keep my interest or seem to be very effective. This series is great for several reasons: there are different levels of movement to choose from and so if that day you're feeling low, choose the lowest level to get you going. Some days after the lowest I am motivated to do a second set at the next level. The guy is very good & encouraging. There are so many choices I haven't even done them all yet. Plus with having it on a DVD you aren't relying on your internet to be good. There's not a lot of extra talking or crazy/annoying music to deal with either. Combining this with a couple of days with some serious walking has got me comfortably mobile again and my weight is coming down. I already had a couple 3 lb weights, but the DVDs included a stretch band. Totally pleased with this exercise so that I no longer consider it a bad word!. This is a perfect plan for seniors in my opinion. I have at least 4 other exercise DVD's that are definitely too much for my current age (78) - you know, the ones you try and a so sore for days afterward that you never want to do it again - or they move so fast that you are barely finished the first move and they have started the third one - and don't even suggest if it means getting up & down off the floor to proceed to the next set!! This DVD will spare you from all that agony - you can do it sitting or standing. This one won't gather dust!

I am 73 years young. I have Multiple Sclerosis. I have been in a wheelchair. My goal is to keep walking on my own. My favorite DVD Combo is "SIMPLY SEATING". CURTIS IS AN AWESOME INSTRUCTOR, making exercise FUNYOU CAN TOO!!!! MORIVATIONAL! ENCOURAGING! & COMPASSIONATE. WEIGHTS ARE NOT A PROBLEM. HAS SEVERAL IDEAS TO USE. GREAT FOR CARDIO, ENDURANCE, STAMINA, & STRENGTH TRAINING. (ALL DONE SITTING ON A CHAIR)! SEE MY DR SMILE BIG TIME FOR ME 😉! THESE EXERCISES WE ALL CAN DO! I KNOW FOR SURE!!!PS: I have learned to swim on a chair!!! YOU can too!

Isn't it half the battle to just DO exercises??? We like the enthusiasm of Curtis Adams and he always goes the speed we need so we keep up just fine. He is encouraging throughout in a good way, not an annoying way like some other DVD's we have used in past. Personalized training/exercising in our own home. Love how good we feel the next day and move easier. We really notice this if we take a week off! Worth it!
