Do they send this probiotic packed on an ice pack?

While we do ship with an ice pack, it is not necessary per the manufacturer to ship with one as this is more than what they require. Innate Response has done extensive testing on their probiotics for shipping purposes. They've shipped to places like southern Florida and Texas in the hot summer months, and found that they are good outside of refrigeration for up to 7 days in these hot temperatures for shipping purposes. In the cooler months or room temperature, it is more like 14 days.

Is this item shipped in a way to maintain it cold? It is a probiotic and should not be exposed to heat. Thanks.

HI Innate allows for a certain amount of die off. They do not ship cold and state that when the ice melts it actually has more heat occur. we do upon request ship on ice from our warehouse

No, this does not contain fiber.

What is the difference between "clinical strength" and complete care? i ordered by mistake.

The clinical just has more in it. Be advised that clinical strength can cause an increase in the intensity of cravings.
