Good for you
I’ve been taking milk thistle for years now. This one that I ordered had more quantity than the past ones I’ve ordered. There is no taste to it. It doesn’t affect your sleep and as far as skin health goes, I don’t see no changes in my skin however I use it for liver support. I have seen drastic changes in my liver enzymes When I use milk thistle every day. And that’s what I use it for. Does not upset my stomach and I like it’s all natural ingredients.

It worked, but...
Took as per directions on the bottle for 1 month. Lowered my ALT from 59 to 46 (reference range 0-44). Would have kept taking it for another month to get my ALT lower, but it caused me to have some moderate depression and anxiety (common side effects), so I'm gonna try TUDCA instead (can't do NAC because I can't catch a nicotine buzz on it).

I love milk thistle, I have been taking this supplement for a few years, and I had a fatty liver for several years before that, I became more aware of my diet, not totally changing it, and taking these supplements and my fatty levels got better, I recommend everyone to take these
