I wish I'd tried these sooner
Short version: I've never experienced anything like these in my life. They've already done more for my skin than a professional dermatologist has ever been able to do for me. I jumped onto Amazon to review these because I felt like I had to join the choir immediately (I've already posted about them on Facebook *twice*).Long version: I heard about these from a friend who's super into K-beauty, ordered them from Amazon, and then promptly forgot about them. I recently returned home from Thanksgiving holiday, and a pack of these were still sitting on the bathroom counter where I'd left them, unopened. So I tore into the packet, figuring it wouldn't hurt to experiment. I washed and toned my face, then put four various-sized patches on four VERY different zits: first, a patch on an oozy, unsightly, obviously-infected hormonal thingie on my jaw; next, a big patch on an obstinate cystic hormonal zit on my chin; next, a medium-sized patch on a twice-popped little scab on my chin; finally, a little patch on a teensy-tiny red bump near my eye. (For the record, this is NOT the worst my skin has ever been.)I went about my afternoon wearing them (they aren't very noticeable). Then, still jet-lagged, I accidentally fell asleep. I woke up at 3:45 am, feeling bright-eyed and refreshed. OOPS!! How long is TOO LONG to leave these acne patches on?? I'd never checked, so I wasn't sure. I hustled to the bathroom to peel off the patches, since it had been AT LEAST FOURTEEN HOURS since I'd applied them.I looked in the mirror and hesitated. I hadn't read much about these, so I didn't know what to expect—but in the center of each patch was a little round, lighter-colored bubble. I tentatively poked one of these bubbles. Then I peeled the tiniest of the stickers off to examine it.The formerly-red bump near my eye had vanished, so that only healthy skin was under the patch. The patch itself contained the littlest nodule of sebum. Fascinated, I peeled a patch away from my chin-cyst. The cyst was TOTALLY FLAT. What the heck?! I looked down at the patch and observed a little mound of white crud. Hmm. Under the other chin patch, my twice-popped zit had become a nice little flaky scab, and it had surrendered a surprising amount of goop, too. Saving the best for last, I removed the patch from my infected jaw-cyst. AUUUGH!!! There was a glorious amount of still-wet pus on that patch, plus a little bit of blood. AUUUGH!!! I immediately put a fresh patch on that one, since it seemed like it still had "a ways to go." (In retrospect I wish I'd taken photos—the results were THAT dramatic.)Now, this was/is amazing. I've used Biore, I've used every topical medication you can imagine, I've attempted to use "drawing salve," I've used that stinky pink-and-clear "drying solution," and I've even used a fancy-pants Anti-Cyst Treatment that is made of lactic acid and costs a lot of money. I'm not gonna say that other stuff doesn't necessarily work, but they're definitely slower and way less effective, especially on stubborn or older cysts. These COSRX stickers are "hydrocolloid," and they work by gradually drawing gunk out of the skin and up into the patch—which I would not have believed, had I not witnessed it with my own eyes. The patches are otherwise unmedicated, which means they won't overdry your skin (and you can presumably put on your other tintures and serums and acids afterward without worrying). What these are REALLY great for, are cysts that might otherwise warrant a serious cortisone injection from a dermatologist. Since they don't traumatize the skin in any way, let's just say they're basically gold. (Right now I'm trying a patch on a cyst on my face that is, I kid you not, four *years* old—one that my dermatologist straight-up refused to lance. I'll update this review if there's any effect or change; I have high hopes!)Score: Eight stars out of a possible FIVE. I'll update to "ten out of five" if these thingies can actually do anything for my Final Cyst.Notes: There are three different sizes of acne patch, 24 patches to a packet. Also, when I said I left the patches on for 14 hours, then freaked out because I wasn't sure if that's okay? It IS okay. It wasn't until I checked Amazon that I read you're actually *supposed* to leave them on for 8–12 hours. I don't know that those extra two hours were *effective*, but they certainly didn't do my skin any harm. Finally, I'd say an unexpected bonus of these patches is the fact that they lend pimples an "invisible barrier"—I'm a notorious "picker," and not being able to mindlessly pick at my face is definitely another benefit.Amazing. Holy grail, game-changer, etc. Check them out!

These patches are amazing!
I originally bought these for my teenager, but I am the one that uses them the most! I just put them on small "underground" pimples and they come to the surface where I can wash and treat. It really only takes a couple of hours. Yesterday I had a small bump and put a patch on it. Approximately 8 hours later, the head appeared where I could wash it properly and today my skin is clear!

Almost magic! (When used correctly)
Update: Still love them after ordering second pack.Wow! These are super cool and they work. I am 32 with consistant hormonal acne which mostly hangs out around my mouth. It sucks. However! I’m feeling some relief due to these lil guys.Like some other folks have said, these need to be used on open wounds. The material soaks up oil, blood, pus and other fluids, but it doesn’t apply medicine that can break through the skin barrier. These are for pustules or cysts that have ruptured and are leaking. Use these INSTEAD of squeezing your face-which we all know is bad even though we do it anyway. These will help suck all the goo out of your zit so it can heal. Because it’s pulling in those fluids the area should be much flatter after using the patch. These won’t work under makeup. So I recommend using them at night or on a day off and then before you apply make up/ get ready to go out putting a drying medicine that also kills bacteria like benzoyl-peroxide on the top of whatever remains.Don’t skimp on size. I took down one star because you really need to make sure the patch is big enough to cover your pimple and then stick firmly all around on top of the healthy skin around the zit. The smaller sizes seem impractical and I don’t think I’m likely to use them. Still worth the money to me.Am a fan for sure. Will reorder. Sorry I didn’t do pictures. :( If I had, the before would picture a raised angry red spot with gross pussy goo coming out of two little places and the other would show a flat, less red spot on my face with no liquid coming out of it. Very exciting stuff. ;)

For pimples close enough to the surface, this product COMPLETELY flattens them
I do like this product, but unfortunately it doesn't always work for me. Sometimes I apply it to a pimple at night only to find in the morning that it didn't reduce the pimple at all. But on a few occasions, it COMPLETELY flattened the developing pimple, avoiding at least two or three days of redness and tenderness. I suspect that sometimes my pimples are a bit too deep under the surface of the skin, and these patches are just not able to draw up the contents of those pimples. That's not necessarily a fault of the patches—they are just applied topically, after all.As I said, when these work, they REALLY work. They also look very discreet on the skin (at least before they suck up all the gunk out of your pimple and turn white-ish), and although I haven't worn them outside I wouldn't have a problem doing so. I read a tip on another website, from someone who uses a nail buffer to slightly de-shine the surface of the pimple patch, then used a bit of their powder to cover it. They said this helps hiding the patch when wearing it out.The only thing I don't like about these is the variety of sizes. I feel that there are too many large patches and not enough small ones. For my own skin, pimples don't ever develop to be large enough to warrant the large size. Although you could use a large patch on a small pimple, it's just a bit inconvenient—especially for certain areas, like above the lip, where the large size doesn't really fit. Someone who tends to get large pimples, or close clusters of smaller pimples, might find the larger patches more useful though.

Doctors review!
So let me explain how this works! This work by using colloid, which basically means it ll hydrate the spot and cause it soften and then it has absorbent properties which will prevent further spread of the pimple and absorb the pus and further moisture and cover helps heal the broken skin in the pimple area. What to use it on - it is only for pimples with pus or a white pimple. Not for swollen red covered by skin acne. How to use - you can use dsy or night as long as you wantWhat I recommend is clean your face with warm water which will soften the pimple and decrease dryness and then apply the spot so they its not over a hyperkeratotic pimpleThen keep the pimple patch till it turns white or as long as you wantDay or nightI d say keep on day too as it also prevent exposure of pimple to the outside dust and sunSo may be about 6-10 hrs or moreThen peel the patch offThis is impDont just pinch it upPeel it offAnd yes it does workBut only on pus pimples and also reduces redness and helps fix the damaged skin post pimple poop

Never write reviews but had to here - wow these work!
I never write reviews but if you suffer from an angry pimple that is hard, never really surfaces but instead blisters or takes forever to go away, you need these. I use these at night as they are intended to focus on healing I read, and then I use their clear fit master patches during the day more for managing the zit and it also stops me from touching it or mindlessly picking at it without realising, which always makes it worse. Literally overnight the spot was flattened, 80% less angry and after two more nights the pimple is gone and the redness while still there is now a light pink and I think its safe to say will be not noticeable after a few more nights - incredible! Usually a spot takes months to calm and fade so I am beyond thrilled to discover these. Only downside is you get about a week's use from the pack if you apply to say three spots per night so a little pricey but so worth it. Will be repurchasing for sure.

These are great!
These actually do reduce the size of blemishes overnight. I didn't like that that the instructions aren't clear but that is easy to find online. What I found helpful is:-Cleanse and dry area before application-If blemish has a head, gentle lance with a sterile needle-If you think you can get away with smaller sizes you can cut the patch in half so that you have double the amount of patches-Wash hands before unsticking the patch (you don't want oils touching the patch before going on your skin)-Stick the patch on gentle and make sure all corners are touching your skin.-Take off in the morning :)

Worth the money!!
I bought this product as it was highly recommended and had good reviews. Before I put my review I made sure to try it.I'm on my third day, I tried it twice by now and I'm honestly satisfied with the results. I popped one of my pimples and scratched it which I ended up scarring the area, I put one of these patches on for 12hrs and by the next day it had gone down, no deadskin just a tad red but other than that it's like I didn't have anything.Definitely would recommend and worth the money :D

Amazing results in such a quick time
I should probably start by explaining that I have had acne for years due to hormonal imbalance. I currently only have acne on my chin and so just wanted something to help with that as the rest of my skin is now normal. I have tried a huge variety of different topical products over the years, both prescription and non-prescription.Obviously do not expect miracles with a non-prescription topical therapy like this. HOWEVER, this is the best solution by far that I have ever found for getting rid of blemishes or whiteheads pretty much instantly.Say if you were going on a date for example, or you had a party to go to and you didn't want a whitehead but at the same time, you know that squeezing them yourself isn't good and can lead to scarring. Well for me, this provided a solution by clearing up the whitehead within 4 hours of use and reducing the redness. Whilst it won't get rid of it completely, this reduction allows application of makeup to be much better and it absorbs the sebum contributing to the acne.Overall, wish I had discovered years ago and just tried these because I thought I had nothing to lose as they are affordable too.
