Within the date so didn't complain or send back, but these were a bit stale, not as soft as others purchased before these, but still good!!

Fresh.
They come fresh and soft, packaged in resealable bags. I've ordered these several times and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the lemon and then licorice then the red then the orange then the green. But they are all very good. If you like chuckles don't hesitate to buy these.

These were very good but a bit expensive for the quantity and had too few green and orange ones.
