Great value system, enough storage for 21days + with 4 cameras recording, easy access through the Annke App, also works via desktop app on a compatible iMac, Mac Studio etc I’m not using the motion detection but it is very good when checked it out, also privacy masking is easy to setup if you need to Update just over a year on and one of the cameras has failed ( see photo ) the clear photo was taken 2 days before, it’s not foggy when the other image was taken, but I guess a leak into the camera and fogging internally I’m looking for options as it’s over a year old

I am writing this review 2 years after buying this CCTV kit and having it in constant use ever since. The only issue I encounter was the the hard drive has died after 12 months and I had to spent additional £55 on a new one. Still, a very good picture quality and reliability of all the cameras, no issues with misting or water ingress etc. Installation was very simple, as all cameras are automatically detected once plugged in and working with no problems!

These are amazing! My last system was a DVR with the old standard recording with 960H cameras, so this is a really big step up. The quality of the cameras are excellent, and it is easy to set up. (The uploaded picture are through my phone camera so not very clear.) The finetuning controls for the colours etc. are great as you can see what works best for you in terms of saturation, contrast and more. At night the colour is ok provided you have lighting available to assist, but you can also get IR Illuminators to place next to the camera to help it. It has worked flawlessly in the few weeks we have had it. It helps protect our house from inside and out as the 4 cameras provided are clear enough for outdoors, whereas it being 8 channel has meant i can connect 4 more cameras to fit inside the house. It is easy to set up with the Annke application, or even other apps such as Hik-Connect as the protocol is similar. It is easy to control and playback from both the NVR and also from the mobile application. The pre-installed 2TB HDD is a perfect addition to this as it really does make it an All-in-One kit for people. There are settings such as motion detection that you can set up and email alerts etc. to really help secure your house. I can easily recommend this kit for the price!

I got 2 of these sets on for one of my buisness premises and one for another I'm opening. I originally got price 1200 quid to fit the same cameras but with a background in trade and having decent drill I'd though I'd give it a go and try myself as it's always good to know. I planned to do it in one day on a Monday but got the cameras the Thursday before. Being inpatient I'd thought I'd fit one every so often and how easy they are to fit was definitely a surprise. I think I spent about 10 minutes a camera after planning where to run the wires and setting it all out before hand. I did find it difficult on the tech side at first but that's just me not being patient enough to read a manual. Two things I have noticed is if the scanner doesn't work the code on the app press the top right botton for the manual linking, the codes on the back of the box. The other thing is the camera quality did seem low at first but after playing around with the settings I don't know how I did it but a flip switch kinda set up popped up on the screen, after maxing the power to each camera the quality improved dramatically. The streaming quality is a little lower but I think that's my Internet over the product. Definitely value for money being able to view my buisness at any time of the day.

Purchased and fitted this system, was so easy. me and my wife had it fitted and operating in aprox. 4 hours. Lots of useful feature like privacy mask and being able to set the detection area, video quality is crystal clear even on 8x zoom when well lit, still ok at night just a little pixely on full zoom (but that is to be expected). My only slight gripe is the set up procedure isn't very intuitive, it works but a lot of double reading to understand exactly the procedure and its a shame the client can only be viewed correctly with IE on windows machines, aprt from that i'm very happy and impressed with the system. *UPDATE* Had an issue with the motion detection sending too many notifications, after customer services explained the limitations of the system I realised I had purchased the wrong system for my needs, customer services have given me a FULL refund for the system I bought and have even given me a discount on the PIR system to replace it. You will not get better customer service than that. Also the technical advise was given quickly and was very informative. I can not recommend this company highly enough 💯% 👍👍👍😁
