Yogi Tea, Caramel Apple Spice Slim Life, 16 Count

this is a really well thought-out tea product. i've been researching a lot about teas that are good for your stomach, help curb sugar cravings, and help your diet and this tea has literally everything. it contains rooibos, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger which are all SO good for your gut, especially if you have a sensitive IBS stomach like I do. so it's really good for you!BUT, the only reason i stumbled across this tea is because I wanted to find a replacement for Harvey and Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice. that tea changed my outlook on teas because of how good it is. it's so deep in flavor, strong cinnamon, and really really sweet with a hint of orange that is really nice. This tea is a little similar! but it tastes more like black tea rather than a strong cinnamon and could use a little bit of honey to match the sweetness from Harvey and Sons.So: still a good tea and really healthy, but i do miss the flavor from Harvey and Sons

I eat out of boredom and while I'm not trying to lose weight, I think that my snacking habits needed to stop. So, I don't know if this tea does much more for me than provide a ritual to stop the boredom that causes me to eat things that I don't need. Also, warm beverages can make you feel full. The taste is very herbal. It's not like drinking a fall chai latte, it's a little bitter. That can be due to over steeping (my fault!). The steep time is only 5 or so minutes. You could definitely add sugar, but that is one thing I'm trying to reduce so I don't. It doesn't taste like apple, but to the label's credit, there is apple in the ingredients. This is a natural, healthy tea and by drinking this it may reinforce to yourself that you are trying to make healthier decisions with what goes into your body.Do I like this? Yes.Do I think that it's making me lose weight? No.Do I think that this combined with healthy eating and exercise can be an important step to having a healthier lifestyle? Yes.

With the Add-On price, you can't go wrong. Price is exactly or less than in the stores, TRUST me!Wow, this tea is TOO perfect to be exist. It's delicious with honey especially in the Fall when the weather's chilly and you want something in season. Reminds me of homemade apple sauce or pie. I gently smell but don't taste the caramel. The cinnamon or ginger is NOT gag strong. The apple sings more here than anything else. This is much MUCH better than Yogi's Himalayan Apple Spice (and um, even Celestial Seasoning's Apple Cinnamon which has been my favorite for ages!).35mg of Caffeine this has? Well, I am careful with caffeine (no more than 90mg per day) and with 60mg of Irish tea caffeine in me, this does nothing. It actually relaxes me and makes me sleepy which is a disappointment when I want to wake up just a tad. So no worries, this won't make you jittery at all. Better alone with honey. Not OK with milk.I keep the wrapper under my pillow and sniff it when I feel "meh". Reminds me of mum and home :)A must tea for your collection!

When I initially purchased this tea, I was a bit skeptical about what it could do for me. The tea tastes great. I also like the fact that it does not leave me feeling jittery or like I am going to "crash". I can't say that I felt energized. However, I did feel as if my appetite was slightly curved.For those on a quest for a quick weight loss solution, if you are not going to put in the effort and work to achieve your goal, don't waste your time purchasing this tea. Sipping it, will not cause you to drop weight. You still have to monitor your diet and exercise. This is strictly an aid, and works best if you are physically active and regulate your diet.

Love it and will be getting it again for sure! I am usually very jittery when it comes to caffeine. Even a cup of coffee can make me shaking like a leaf. But these tea have just the right amount of caffeine to keep me energized throughout the day. And being a cheapo, I don't tend to follow the direction when it comes to tea bags. I usually throw 2 into a 2 L carafe and keep drinking the tea throughout the day. I have to say, even after the second around of pouring another 2 L hot water into the carafe, the tea is still very flavorful. The slight sweet taste really helps to curb my craving for snacks or sugary drinks. Majorly awesome! I also tried the skin detox tea bags which came as a bonus trial. Love it. Will definitely get some of that as well in the future.

Slimming products are always hard to review because it's going to take more than just one thing to get you slim.Diet and exercise are obviously also important, so I'm just doing to tell you about the actual tea.It steeps for 4-6 minutes, so slightly longer than other teas, but still reasonably short.This tea is DELICIOUS though. It's like a little midday treat! Really tastes like caramel apple cider.I'm not a big fan of "spice" so I was a little worried that it was called "caramel apple spice," but after trying it, I can tell you there really is no spice taste to it, it's all sweet without being too sweet (if that makes sense).Even my fiancé loves it and he hates tea!I can't speak for the slimming part of the tea, but it tastes great and makes you feel good!

This tea was delicious, at first, but I got sick of it after a few days. I enjoy more fruity flavored teas so perhaps that is just my own personal bias kicking in. The taste is smooth and subtle, and I usually add truvia to my tea (only a packet or 2). I feel like it did help curb my hunger, however most teas with any caffeine in them will do that as well. I would order this again but I feel like it's more of a fall/winter flavor than to be enjoyed during the hot summer. It just is more of a dessert tea in my opinion, but very very tasty.

I love this tea, many boxes later I am still drinking it. Not a super strong spice taste to it, it's mellow and easily drank with nothing added to it.

Taste is simply delicious! No bitterness from this tea which I really do appreciate.
