Fits nicely and supports!
Bought the largest XXL size for a 43" inch waist. It provides good back support for me when gardening which can be a killer for one's back if mowing the lawn etc. It's well made in design and fairly easy to use as you have to get it just right when attaching the belt ends with the Velcro, but it's not uncomfortable to wear. Best worn over a thin t-shirt so it doesn't rub you in hot weather. I find this product to be effective and prevents potential pain; good reasonable price too. Well happy!

correct size
I ordered a brace but used my waist measurement but I had to return it as it was to small, make sure you measure level with the NAVEL to get the right size. I am now 100% happy with the brace and the ease of pain it gives I also think it is a good price

Can’t fault it for the price.
I’m an ambulant wheelchair user, and strained my back very painfully doing a chair transfer at a hospital outpatient clinic. Bought this belt because the resultant back pain made my life very difficult for a week or so. The belt provided enough support and immobilisation to sort out the worst of the pain after 2 days’ wear. I now intend to wear it if ever I feel I am in a position where I might injure myself again, or on long car journeys which often play my back up, in the hope that it might prevent an injury occurring. It’s not the most comfortable thing I’ve ever worn, because the elastic is fairly fierce, but it didn’t slip, and the riptape fastenings are surprisingly secure, but you get pretty strong support from the belt, and a moderate level of constriction, depending on how tight you choose to wear it. I cannot comment on the use of this belt for people who routinely need extra support for heavy lifting as part of their job or recreation, but I would say it’s a help for intermittent/moderate back strain sufferers. Compared with other belts on the market, it is definitely good value for money.
