Is this a stand alone tablet? Or is a laptop needed to use this? Buying for my teen daughter and not too sure what else is needed to run this?

You absolutely need a laptop or a desk top that can accept 3 separate plugs. 1 for hdmi 1 for the power cable of the laptop/desktop and one c usb. The c usb And hdmi come with the table. This tablet is not portable is meant for professional use. Not for doodles.

Has the wobbly line issue been fixed yet? Some seem to have it, some don't. Is it driver related or a bad unit?

I think those are faulty units, I never have those problems at all

Does it come with an artist glove included?

Yes it does! It doesn’t say it is included in the box but it is underneath the tablet.
