Does anybody know the footprint of the stand when its opened?

Unfolded the footprint is 36"x36" folded the footprint is 24"x20".....

With the table open, how tall is it from the floor to the saw platform?

From the floor to top of saw mounting bracket is a little over 22"-1/4", With my DW744 table saw mounted directly to top of brackets, the heightto saw table top is 35"-1/4". It works good. If you want more height you would need to mount saw to some 2x4's then to the saw brackets.

Will this table fit the DW745 table saw?

NO, the 4 hex head bolts provided with DW7440RS for table saw mount don't fit the DW745 mounting hole diameter. You need one size smaller hex head bolts in order to feed thru the mounting holes. I bought 4 new bolts from Home Depot. Dewalt check your provided hex head bolt package

will this stand fit a makita 10" table saw? or other saws for that matter?

I believe most 10 inch saws will fit this stand. I have a Ryobi 10inch saw that is over ten years old and it fits. The assembly instructions are vague in some spots, but iI was able to get mine assembled in about 2 hours. It did require reattachment of the legs though. The legs have two shorter than the other two because of the differing leg angles.

Impresionante la calidad de este soporte, al principio dudaba en hacer la compra de este artículo y ahora estoy completamente satisfecho de haberlo comprado. Recomiendo que veas la compatibilidad de la sierra donde pretendes usarlo, ya que en mi caso la sierra con la que cuento es una DWE7470 y no coincidieron las dimensiones de los barrenos de fijación. La solución fue simple, le hice una base secundaria con las dimensiones del soporte y quedó perfectamente bien. Sin embargo, si no quieres tener algo distinto a lo original revisa que sea compatible con tu sierra.
