Question 1

I'm interested in using this for hair regrowth. Currently I use sweet almond oil, would it be suitable to mix the serum with this? or just water?

Hello~! That is a fantastic use for these Copper Peptides~! This solution is water soluble, so to mix with almond oil, you will just need to create an emulsion to mix the oil and water by adding an emulsifier like Polysorbate. An easier way to go would be to mix with water as you mentioned, then apply the almond oil on top if you wish. It definitely still needs to be diluted before application. For scalp application, people will often go as high as 10%, but I really would not exceed 5% because this is a metal and too much can be harmful to your health. Plus, it doesn't take that much to see results and you can save a bit of money by using it at a weaker strength, in my opinion. We send a chart for percentages with a pipet to make it very easy to use. You can always just send us a message for help, too. Can I see a picture of the product in a clear glass bottle?

In larger volume, the deep blue color is very strong, but as the volume is less, like the 7 ml sample pictured, the color appears less intense. By the time the amount is only as much as is drawn up in a pipet or the included dropper cap, it appears nearly clear. These are not soy and copper chloride; these are extremely strong GHK copper tripeptide-1 solution. We had it mixed slightly stronger once and received our first complaints about its effects ever. We went back to the optimum concentration and have no plans to change it. The skin tightening effects are wonderful and we avoid the possibility of ill effects.  Hope this helps!

Question for manufacturer. Your dosing guide is confusing. How much of your product to add to 48 grams of a cream to make a 2% concentration? 29 ml?

Hello, yes, the guide is based on 30 ml or gram base. To make 48 grams at 2% add 1 ml GHK or 0.96 grams by weight.  We rarely exceed 1%, so anything between .5 ml and 1 ml would be optimal. Thank you~!  ModelSupplies

How is this different than colloidal copper?

Hello~! It's a completely different substance. Copper peptides have at least 2 amino acids in the chain to create the compound so the copper is bound to proteins. I don't know much about colloidal copper, but it appears to be more just copper in water and often suggested for internal use? Our copper peptides are not recommended for internal use. External use only. They may both have their place, but we suggest getting advice from your doctor so you don't overdo copper. Too much or too little can cause problems. Balance is key.
