I purchased this item for a friend in the hospital with limited mobility. When I received it, I found it difficult to maneuver and could not get it to do what I wanted (skip forward or backwards) and the screen display didn't work. Perhaps I had wrong expectations and my tech abilities are not great, but I decided to return it.

I like this and have used it just over a month, it worked fine and then all of a sudden the little joy stich that moves the curser would not work. I took the battery out and put it back in and then it reset the device and now it works.

My wife loves it, and uses it when she's puttering around in the yard. I'm sorry I don't have more useful information to add. She's not giving me the battery to charge very often (a NiMH AAA, not included), so battery life seems to be good.

Purchased this for my mom who is in a wheelchair and only has the use of one arm. It is very simple and easy to use. The sound is very clear and it plays for a long time on just one battery. Great product for the price! Highly recommend.
