what water pressure should be used with these droppers?

Most information seems to be 25 PSI, I'm using them at 30 PSI and they are working without problems.

What filter you recommend to block the particles that could clog the drippers?

There is a fine meshed in line screen filter that fits inside the hose fittings used for the drip hose. This traps anything large enough to plug a dripper.
