I purchased this in order to regulate some of the dark scar marks that I had from a random round of adult acne. My skin breaks out simply from the changes in the seasons to when I decide to drink a bunch of soda. I am never patient in regard to letting it clear up on its own, I tend to aggravate it more by picking at my skin. That's never a great idea and I get what I ask for each time...acne scar marks. Neoprosone is an ideal brand that I think understands the goals of the consumers. People are looking for a way to get rid of their marks quickly and want to the product to be effective. I used this soap for a month straight and it drastically cleared up all the dark marks I was focused on. The soap didn't dry my skin out and it smells very good. I am a believer in Vitamin C for the face, so taking it internally in the pill form and using it externally is very helpful to achieve your goals of clear skin. It lathers up accordingly, doesn't leave a sticky or weird layer on your skin, good size bar and don't get throwed off by the bright color of the soap; it leaves no color effects. Very much worth a purchase and to be included in your skin care regiment.

I've been using this for a week, daily, and on my whole body, to get rid of some blemishes here and there. It smells like oranges. I can already see my skin more toned. I leaves my skin feeling clean, without drying it. It's a decent size bar, if you do just the face it'll last a good couple of months so the price is ok. With consistency, I know it'll be very effective.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Didn’t do much

I'm using the neoprosone soap as a step in evening my skintone along with several other products and supplements, so I can attest that the soap does work, although you (like any other product) have to be consistent to see results. I feel like a lot of people use the product, then complain that it doesn't work, but they aren't being consistent in using it daily, or following up with moisturizor/lotion or exfoliating properly. The quality of the soap is good, the soap bar is sturdy and it lathers lightly, so you will have to really scrub into it to get enough on a loofa or exfoliating mitt for scrubbing. Otherwise, I am pleased with the effects of softening and slowly seeing a change in hyperpigmentation. The price is very affordable for the results as well.

This was a disappointment. It didn't brighten, lightened or even help smooth my skin. The soap caused my face to break out in my T zone areas and it didn't lighten up any dark spots. Sorry this soap was not for me so I gave it one star.

I've been using the Neoprosone Cleansing Brightening Soap every morning for two weeks now, and my skin does look a bit brighter immediately after washing, but the effect doesn't last. One point of confusion for me is the ingredients list. The pictured suggests this soap contains Alpha Arbutin, but I can't find it listed anywhere on the product packaging. This makes me question the claims and whether I'm truly getting the ingredients I expected.
