Bought these because I am pre diabetic to see if they work as suggested by some alternative medics. Combining one of these with one Ginseng/ Gingko Biloba first thing at breakfast. No improvement so far and I am about half way through the contents.

Natural plant remedy
Read it is good for type 2 diabetics. After taking this for a couple of weeks noticed the craving for sweet things dissapated and seems to prevent tiredness

I think these are good and help to reduce glucose in your blood. They are cheaper than some others.
