Had this exhaust put on 12-1-23. Great sound. Gets the attention of people but not over powering inside car. Loudest point is about 2k rims. Awesome product.

ROOOOOOOAR!!!!!
Sounds great on my 14 Challenger 5.7 (stand trans). Also an easy install, save some money and DIY. In short: all you need is a way to lift it a few inches off the ground (lift and lift jacks), a couple of socket wrenches (its a complete clamp system), and DW40 or something to get those rubber hangers off. Taking the old ones off took about the same time as installing the new. They sound amazing and loud when I want them to and are low and rumbly at slower speeds creeping around at low rpms! Also when you get into 6th gear and lower rpms at higher speeds you can hardly hear them. Definitely a great set of pipes.PS: IF YOU WANT TO REUSE YOUR TIPS! ===> The ones on my Challenger were welded to my stock exhaust so buy some tip clamps with your exhaust, they are sold on Amazon for like 20 bucks a pop.Definitely worth the money, especially if you see them down around 550 again (sorry I got the last set >.>)

2013 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus- Great exhaust!
I wanted to wait to write a review at least a week or two since I've installed my exhaust. It's been almost two weeks since I've installed them and they're great! I was going for a real deep throaty sound opposed to a really loud obnoxious sound. These are perfect for me! It's super deep and rumbly! It almost sounds like a big truck or pissed off muscle car! Lol! They're not super loud but loud enough to get people's attention! I'm very picky when it comes to the sound of my challenger. I love to hear the motor more than anything else. When flooring it, I hear the engine mainly and that's exactly what I was going for! I can hear the exhaust the most when slowly accelerating.I wanted to touch base on the sound that I've read about in reviews. Let me start with the drone. As far as I know, no matter what kind of exhaust you install in your car, you will always have some sort of drone. The only times its loud is when I'm cruising from 65 to 75 mph or around 2k rpm. When I first put them on, I wasn't sure if I would be able to handle the sound but after driving my Challenger RT daily, I've gotten used to it! I've actually grown to love it!As far as performance goes, the only time I can really feel any increase in power is when I floor it cruising on the highway. I don't notice much of a power increase if any at lower speeds. When I floor it at 60 to 80 mph, the acceleration feels much smoother and stronger! I'm not sure if I'm the only one who thinks this.A couple install tips!My biggest struggle was removing the pipes from the exhaust hangers. You can remove the old exhaust with WD-40 and some muscle or you can unscrew the exhaust hanger mounts from the car (except for the 2 closest to the mufflers) and once you remove the exhaust pipes out you can easily take off the other 4 hangers with better manuverability and leverage! I was also installing this with a jack and a couple of Jack stands so this method was easier for me. If you have a lift then you probably won't need this tip! Lol.Also, the instructions say to reuse the exhaust tip clamps from the old stock exhaust to clamp the tips down to the new flowmaster exhaust. Unfortunately the clamps on the stock exhaust that hold the tips on are welded on. You can either weld them off and reuse them or you can buy new exhaust tip clamps online. I found some on eBay for around $25 each and my local dodge dealer sells them for $26 each. My local autozone and oreillys only carry u-bar exhaust clamps which will not work for the tips. All in all! This is exactly what I was looking for! My next project is my cold air intake which I hope to have in about a month!I hope this helped some people out there!Drive fast and stay safe! The only thing I have to complain about and why I didn't give it 5 stars is the price! I would've felt way more comfortable purchasing this item for around $500-$600. Product itself is wonderful!!!

Rumble!
I purchased this product for $469, far below the pricing I seen on other websites. The installation was a breeze. It literally only took a hour or so and that is removing the old system. Tips for installation, is to make sure you tighten it extremely tight. I didn't tighten it enough at first and compression sent my exhaust into my rear differential. That being said the exhaust sounds great. The cabin noise is loud from 0 to 40 mph and then drops off until 7o or so. At first I was honestly annoyed by the cabin noise, but it has seem to quiet substantially or maybe I just went deaf, not sure. Overall I love the system and would highly recommend it for the price.

Hurt my ears
The fit and ability to use the stock tips was simply amazing. Very easy install and a great product. But the noise. These were not for me. WAY too loud! Flowmaster offers a kit for the V6 model that includes the series 50 Delta flow. I used the Delta Flow on my 68 SS 396 and they sounded great. It would be nice if Flowmaster made this kit for the 5.7 Challenger with Series 50 Delta Flow.

Best bang for your $$
I installed American Thunder's on my 2011 Challenger R/T Classic (5.7 Hemi) and the sound is amazing. Loud, but not to the point of being obnoxious. When I start my car it simply puts a smile on your face hearing the car "come alive". Normal driving around you get a nice throaty growl that begs you to give it some more gas so it can really let loose. When you punch the gas it responds with a very satisfying roar and maintains that throughout the power band.Yes, you do have drone with these around 2k RPM range that is kinda annoying. But, there really are no aftermarket exhausts out there that give you this kind of sound that don't have some kind of drone associated with it. This is old school rumble for around $500, anything else on the market that even comes close to this great sound will cost you well over $1,000.As a bonus, I get a noticeable bump in throttle response (more HP) and about 3-4 more MPG's....my next purchase will be a Stack Performance "Bullet" Cold Air Intake and increase my rear wheel HP by another 12-16HP and prob a bit more improvement to my MPG's.

I love this! The price on Amazon is the best ...
I love this! The price on Amazon is the best I could find. I had it installed in just about an hour. Now my 2012 Challenger R/T sounds like a muscle car should. My friends with muscle cars love it too. I listened to so many videos and did lots of research on what to get and I am very happy with my choice. I was afraid it would be too aggressive since I live in a townhome community, but it is perfect! The cabin resonance is not bad as in I can hear my music, passengers, and talk on the phone (not simultaneously) with no problem. There is a sound I dont like when the car is not heated up, but it goes away quickly and I hear that will fade with time. Either way, very happy with this!
