Great tape and strong adhesive.
This is the same kind of tape my Physical Therapist uses. They recommended me to buy some of my own. I am allergic to some adhesives. I cannot wear a regular bandaid without it making me get a rash where it touches the skin. The cover-roll does a great job to protect my skin from the harsh adhesive on the Leukotape. The cover-roll tape is a white tape that has a little bit of stretch to it. There isn't a ton, but there is some give. The adhesive is strong enough to last 5 days without coming off. I actually have also been using this to cut into smaller pieces to place under my regular bandaids so I don't have to suffer a rash when using them. Works great! The Leukotape is skin colored and works very well. You are able to pull this pretty tight without it getting distorted. It doesn't have any stretch to it, but I don't think you need the stretch. The adhesive on this is very strong. If you happy to extend the tape a little past the white cover-all, this will be painful to remove and it leaves a lot of adhesive (looks black and gross) behind. So I recommend trying to make sure to cut off the excess so it doesn't go over the cover-all. Since I'm allergic to adhesive, it also irritates my skin and pulls some of the top layer of skin off, when I pull it off. So be careful. Both work great together. They help hold my kneecap in place. You can wear this for 5 days with no issues. Overall I'm very happy. I would like to note that I have used KT tape before as well. This is not the same. KT tape IS flexible. This cannot be pulled and stretched the same. Just so you know the main difference between the two.

Helped my knee just a bit
These were recommended by my Physical Therapist. The white tape protects your skin. The tan tape is sturdy and offers some level of joint stability. It's not perfect, but it does help. It does not survive a shower however. I find I need to remove it daily and also readjust several times throughout the day. Maybe on other joints it works better, but the knee joint, not ideal.

My Physical Therapist recommended I buy this combo pack of tape for my ...
My Physical Therapist recommended I buy this combo pack of tape for my tibiofibular problems. I've been regularly taping (for the past month or so) as she suggested and I've been extremely pleased with the support the tape provides. While I love my Kinesio tape for day-to-day support, this Leukotape is a must for healing injuries and recovering tendons. For anyone who's browsing and doesn't know the difference between k-tape and this Leukotape, k-tape has stretch - a lot of stretch - and generally doesn't provide the sturdy support of Leukotape. This tape has little to no stretch, which is perfect for holding things in place. For example, if you were trying to keep your fibula from popping out (as mine does), you would essentially want to "tie" it in place. Imagine the effect of tying a string around your leg really tight to hold things in place. This tape does that, without cutting off your circulation or honestly, without having to literally tie something around your leg. The only downside (which is just a tiny little thing I figured I'd mention) that I've experienced is that the adhesive is SO good, that sometimes there's some residue after removing the tape. Easy fix: rub a little Goo Gone on there and it's gone. Just be sure to clean your skin with alcohol before reapplying the tape or else it wont stick. Long story short: This tape is awesome, make sure you know how to use it (you can find plenty of videos on YouTube), wipe off the skin where the tape will be applied with alcohol prior to use, and make sure to use the cover tape (it protects your skin from the unfriendly adhesive in the leukotape).

Leukotape Worked Phenomenally for my Lateral Patellar Tracking
Boy howdy, there's a story behind this tape. I was training for my second half marathon when I began to experience immense knee, hip, and groin pain. I rested and iced for a week before resuming training runs. When the pain got worse, I saw a sports doctor who told me my knees track laterally to the outside when I bend them, which is not such a great thing. The reason for this is that my hamstrings were stronger than my quadriceps. I had been training with neutral running shoes, which do nothing to alleviate this problem and, as such, strained my quads. I immediately bought stability running shoes and started using KT tape. KT tape is great, but definitely not for this injury. My PT friend highly recommended using this leukotape to glide my kneecaps over and tape them in position. Along with my new running shoes, this taping method immediately relieved my knee pain! Leukotape is extremely firm and, without cover roll tape underneath, will rip off skin (it did for me!). Nonetheless, with proper taping, leukotape held my knee in the position I wanted it to for the entirety of my runs (which included the half marathon itself!). This is the best deal around as you get both leukotape and cover roll for a package deal at an extremely affordable price! Each product alone costs almost as much for just a few more yards of each. In sum, I recommend this product for anyone looking for leukotape for sports injuries. Make sure you know how to use it though...as an ill-informed taping may do you more harm (I watched lots of tutorial videos and received great advice from my PT friend on how to tape for my injury).

I hurt my shoulder and was heading away on vacation. I knew this worked before but could not find it anywhere in my small town. Ordered and it came the next day. Used it and it worked and enjoyed my vaca. The glue was sticky on both sides from I am guessing age or heat but it worked. So thankful.
