This Gen4 grip will not fit the Gen2, but the Previous Generation will fit. Should be part number 103R

Q: Will this work with a GripForce beavertail over the top of it? Should I cut around?

If the beaver tail is already attached then yes it should work. If not then you would probably have to cut around the grip.
