Works so well I had to buy a second
I have two of these in my hunting pack. One is a game processing kit that holds large contractor trash bags, nitrile gloves, a knife or two, a sharpener, 2 gallon Ziploc bags and hand wipes. The second is a decent first aid kit with boo-boo items and meds on one side pocket, and heavy bleed/trauma on the other side. These pouches break in really well and the fabric gets much quieter as it softens up. Other than first aid, these would be great options to hold electronics, toiletries, a fire starting kit, camping cookware/utensils etc. Very pleased with all Maxpedition products I've owned over the years and these are no different.

Great for travel hygiene kit.
Bought this to hold my carry-on hygiene items for when I fly. Works perfect, really good quality.

Is a Maxpedition product!
This is my second First Aid Pouch from Maxpedition and it is great/awesome! You would be supersized just how much medical gear will fit into one of these. I have two stuffed to the max for almost a year now and still holding up great. I will be purchasing a third soon for other items. Yes it's a little expensive but so worth the price. These are high quality pouches just like there backpacks. Quality materials, YKK zippers, not much more to say except... I own Hazard 4, First Tactical, Vanquest and other high end gear and Maxpedition is right up there with the top gear products.

Highly recommend as a travel toiletries bag
I have been using one of these for a couple of years as a travel toiletries kit and like it better than any other I have ever used. I was so impressed that I bought this one as a replacement should my other one ever wear out. (that will probably take years, given how durable it is, but I wanted to ensure I have one like this on hand for decades to come.)I travel internationally about 8 weeks out of the year, and this has been perfect for me in all kinds of places I've visited. It's well-made, easy to organize and is compact in it's shape and design, yet fits everything you need well.I highly recommend this, even if you don't need a MOLLE attachable bag, because of its durability, ease of use and organization.

Great pouch
Good size for a small first-aid kit. I had mine attached to the back of a Maxpedition Malaga, but it now alternates between my Kodiak Gearslinger and backpacking bag. It's a lot roomier than it looks. To get an idea of the size, here's what I current keep in it:Front:* Small pair of safety scissors* 4 non-latex gloves* 2 locking forcepsMesh pocket:* 2 sizes of self-adhesive tape* 1 Ace bandage* travel-size allergy pill box* travel-size Tylenol box (some people are allergic to aspirin & ibuprofin)* assorted types of small adhesive bandages* butterfly closures* 3 pads of moleskinPlastic see-through pocket:* a few packets of clotting powder* various sizes of sealed gauze pads* alcohol wipes* small Neosporin tube* small bottle of H2O2Attached to the strap at between the two pockets I've attached a Dorcy penlight. That's a lot of stuff I crammed into this little pouch and it all fits and the pouch has held up well. I wasn't aiming to fit an entire EMT's trauma kit in there, but it's the right size for fitting in a kit that would cover smaller, more common injuries.

I'm disappointed.
I have one of these that i purchased about a year ago. it's internal zip around section has two zippers allowing you to open just one portion the section to be accessed. Now there is only one zipper; so to gain access, you have to open the entire section. Really Maxpedition? Saving $'s by removing one zipper, and losing a practical function? Other than that, it's rock solid pouch. but, I'm disappointed.
