Q: Anyone tried putting it on a concrete wall (finished and painted of course, with minimal imperfections?) Thank you!

This will definitely not work on concrete wall. The Sticky part of the sticker is not that good

Q: Can this be stuck to a wooden dock? Will it peel up if it gets wet or is direct sunlight?

I dont feel this would adhere to rough surface as a wooden dock, there is no glue on this decal. It would be my guess that it would definitely peel with water.

Q: Can i put this on a window for a store front?

These could be used on a window, however they should be placed on the inside of the window to keep them out of the weather. The cling side is on the back of the decal.
