KidCoUniversal Outlet Cover

These work well, I think they'll hold up while our youngest gets a bit older to where we can take them down again. I don't think they will last forever in an outlet you're using daily, but for our purposes they should be fine. One issue: they are maybe a 1/4" smaller than your average outlet faceplate so they may not cover a larger opening fully, but it's only a small gap so usually no big deal. And one more note for those securing these with the center screw (you can use either center or the top & bottom screws, depending on your outlet covers): to secure them properly so they don't move when you slide the cover over to plug something in, you need to screw them in quite tightly, which ends up pulling the center in and in turn the faceplate edges flare up away from the wall just a bit. Not a biggie, but thought I would mention it.

It really does not hold the plugs themselves in at all. My plugs basically hung out. If it let the plugs go in all the way then it would be great!

I feel very mixed about this product. It's nice because you don't have to mess with plug covers and the second you unplug something, the jack is covered up instantly. But, after using it for a few weeks, it's already loose in the wall (we have the style of outlets that require one center screw). It also does not screw in flush with the wall, so it doesn't look that great. But, it works!

The product does not lie flush with the wall, meaning that your plugs (unless they happen to have really, really long prongs - which none of mine did) will not be able to reach deeply enough to get power. Get the Mommy's Helper Safe Plate instead. That one actually works.

I really like being able to plug in items around little people and not having to install and uninstall little plastic stoppers in the outlets. These are very convenient.
