It's a great design! The opening is larger, allowing for a greater degree of comfort as well as allowing the client to have a less restricted space to facilitate easier breathing!

This pillow is comfortable & is working great for helping my husband stay face down after vitrectomy eye surgery. It has a nice wide opening, which helps to breathe. The forehead fits well, and makes the pillow much more comfortable than the one that came with the massage table. It does need a cloth covering to use for an extended period of time.

Got my delivery today & am impressed with the comfort & quality. I doubt this could be used as a lone device on a table or bed as one’s nose actually touches the surface below but with some added depth (such as a travel pillow) one’s head would be elevated enough to work. What I really like is the size of the face opening. It’s large enough to alleviate that claustrophobic feeling most cradles give & the velcro on the back makes it usable on my Earthlite device. Nice cradle.

This face cradle meets the needs of multiple patients. For those that feel most face cradles have too little space to breathe, this face cradle eliminated that feeling. For my patient, who had cataract surgery a year ago, only this face cradle fails to irritate his eyes! It is soft, too! Definitely worth the investment! I highly recommend it!

This seems a little pricey but I dislike the stick face cradles that come with tables. This one is soft and comfy but beware is a bit wide. Some clients may have a hard time with the width, especially if you see younger teens or children

Most comfortable face cradle pillow I’ve EVER used!! I usually can’t stand face cradle pillows but this one is amazing! Highly recommend!

It has a wider opening than most, I like it because it's easier to breathe and not get the eyes squished
