Gund Baby Bubbles Elephant Huggybuddy Blanket, Gray, 17"

I was under the impression that Gund toys were high quality therefore was surprised when I received this elephant. It’s big but the material is light and almost feel flimsy. It doesn’t feel like it’s well made given its lack of details. And the neck part of the elephant is wide and flat, making it awkward to hold. My infant really likes his brother’s two elephant loveys which are made by Bunnies by the Bay. He showed little interest in this one and prefers those instead. I would have bought those in the first place had they still been produced.

We just bought a second one of these to have on standby in case the original ever gets lost. Have washed many times,and while the plush does eventually lose some softness and pil a bit, the lovey has stood up really well to 2.5 years of little kid love.

This baby huggybuddy elephant from gund is adorable. It has a soft, plush texture combined with a silky lining that my daughter loves. The lovie has exceeded my expectations in the durability department as well- it washes and dries beautifully with no matting. I recommend these and would not hesitate to purchase again.

This elephant blanket is absolutely adorable and so soft! My 16 month old likes to hold it in the crook of his arm and rub his check on it. It's the perfect size for him to carry around without it dragging on the floor and tripping him.

Why is the elephant discontinued?1 I cannot find any except on E-bay used...my son is completely attached to this...why do you keep switching??!! i want to give this a high review except for the fact that kids get attached and then you discontinue

I bought this for my great nephew to snuggle when his parents our reading books before bed. I was told he loves it and takes it everywhere around the house. It's nice and soft and has Avery sweet face. Perfect extra gift especially if your giving books.

My granddaughter had an issue where she had to sleep without a diaper and thus her "lovey" sometimes got soiled. This Gund Huggybuddy not only was completely washable but when hung up to dry, dried quickly. My daughter ordered another one because she was so pleased with this product.

The item is just as soft as it states it would be. It's been through the wash twice now on the gentle cycle and I haven't had any issues.
