Great to have a thriller than doesn't rely on crazy special effects but on the incredible acting skills of the cast. The director blended genuine newsreel footage with the film seamlessly adding to the overall experience na emotional journey. Loved it.

This was great movie very tense and keep you grip only reason gave four stars instead of five is when terrorists are shooting people i found it very brutal the redeeming point is staff at hotel put there own lives at risk to save customers so that is what i like to focus on is worth your time watching but make sure your old enough to watch as bit a mentioned is hard to watch and i can't understand why anyone could so be so cold blooded to kill innocent people.

Based on a true story this film is truly brutal. Having said that a great film.

I'm surprised this movie didn't get more accolades!! Sensitively made for such a horrendous barbaric attack. This movie opened my eyes to understand what happened and left me with a number of thoughts after. I feel some might say the movie went too far in respect of entertainment value but this is most definitely dedicated to the brave and courageous. Oscar worthy in my opinion.

Not sure how accurate it is to the real events - but a good film

Remarkable. A moving and hard watch. A really well structured movie in pace and storytelling, holds a tension that kept my attention while dreading what was unfolding. Realistic in many ways including understanding of people. Very hard to pull off a depiction of appalling events like these in such a respectful way and show something close to what it must be like.

Was waiting for this to be released and not disappointed.....high quality filmic look.....with great actors......really absorbed in it.....not draggy in any way and very human.....not macho man egotistical kinda film.....not cliched.....so refreshing to see a film that has a Western feel but culturally different to the bland rubbish of USA.....quite emotional.....will go down as an all time great and might even buy it to keep as its worth watching more than once as a modern true story.....Indian actors had very good English but abit accented at times.....super film.....
