Does what it's supposed to do
Pliable and compact. This medicine ball's outer cover is fairly pliable and flexible. It's not a hard covering like some medicine balls. I'm not sure how much pounding on the floor it'll take, but if you use it for resistance training, it's perfect sized and pretty solid. I'd say it's about the size of a volleyball. It works well for me and I recommend it.

Worth Its Weight!
This is a good quality medicine ball. I have previously purchased an 8 pound ball with the same brand. The 8 pound ball was solid, whereas this one is filled with (sand?) but it has a nice rubber cover. Very good product!

As expected
Good inexpensive solution to extra weight in a medicine ball. i don't know if slamming this is a good idea. Perhaps try another brand but otherwise good product at a fair price.

Meets a lot of my wants but sadly not very durable. 11 day life!
Got it for Christmas. Went on vacation the next day got back Jan 1. So only been using it since Jan 2nd and some how the plug/seal failed and sand went everywhere. Disappointed with the durability and useful life if this product.
