LIKE YOUR SALT AND PEPPER BUT BETTER! My wife does not like "heat" and she can tast the slightest amount! She likes this product though and likes the savory flavor. I have this nearby every time I cook. I use it on almost everything. It has a much more interesting flavor that just using salt and pepper. (which I like too!) Stays fresh for a long time, but change all of your spices regularly. Enjoy!
