Brand new but doesn't even turn on
It was a terrible experience with this product. There was no batteries provided. We added the battery and it did not even turn on. A faulty product has been delivered and there is No RETURN policy for the same,

No lighting for this laptop night you should switch off it. And we only want to purchase battery from out side..kids hates this laptop not worth for money..
