I’m not disappointed with this item. However I’m not overly impressed either. It’s a good value for the price. The flashlight is just ok. The tension on the leash is perfect for our small 8lb Chihuahua and the handle is decent. I looked at so many either they were too strong for the size of our dog, or didn’t have a light. I’d REALLY like to find one that has low tension and a rechargeable LED light that’s built in similar to the design of this item AND has a durable handle and I’d keep this one in the car for more occasional use. Battery consumption is a bit high but again for the price, overall it’s pretty good. Id give one more star if it was rechargeable even if it cost a few more dollars.

This dog leash works pretty well most of the time. Every once in a while it will lock up and does not release as it should. I like the light in this one. I found that I like the retractable leashes that have about a 12" lead that does not retract better, without it the leash is always taut. I tied a couple of knots to create the effect on this one. I recommend the Flexi leashes more than this one.

Bright enough to go for a walk at night with your dogs

The light is bright enough and I don’t have to juggle a leash and flash light. The only complaint is the tightness of the coil. Hope it’s less tight as I have a small dog but overall it’s a satisfactory product.

Although I had a no chew extension on it my dog not only chewed that but chewed right through the leash...the material is flimsy.

I like this leash which I got in a small size because my dog is a French bulldog ( she really strong) so she’s not real but,so the thing I don’t like is the handle where you put your hand is smaller than what I like another thing I don’t like is the clip is really small and worries me that if she were to pull really hard it might break.As far as durability I can’t say because I haven’t use it enough to honestly say,I like the flashlight it shine a good size area.All and all it is a nice leash,I got the white one.Next time I’ll order the large size.

This isn't a bad leash. I am returning because I thought it had a built in poop bag holder and they also sent me a black one instead of blue.

This is a great leash, but…I have purchased 2. The problem is if you drop the leash the cover to the battery compartment falls off and you don’t even know it’s gone. so I bought another one same thing happened if you put it down too hard on something or drop it the battery case cover falls off the batteries fall out you don’t really even notice it because it’s underneath the leash. This is very disappointing and a bad design for it to fall off so easily.

Good product. Dog barely feels any drag when he's moving away and leash is extending out. Only complaint I have is that when going from LOCKED to UNLOCKED it reels in tape too fast. The initial action of tape going from slack to taught spooks my dog everytime as it's quite violent. I have to make sure I hold on to tape with my hand before I press button. It's more gentle that way.But it's good quality for the price.
