Small for a bird bath

My fault for not realising how small 13cm diameter is - maybe my wren will fit in! Bought to replace a rusting one, same design but twice the size. This one seems solid and well made but in over a week not a single bird has used it. Maybe OK for seeds but I want it as a bath.
