Such a great movie! My husband and I both really enjoyed it!

A movie for adults ...I believe it should be in the top 100 best films ever made. Two good women who ended up choosing a life of crime it is Brad Pitt's first movie and he is quite the Naughty Boy

Good movie but did not like the ending!

Me & my gf watched this one night. She had already seen it and recommended it vigorously to me when she learned that I had never even heard of it. So glad I listened to her and that she was more than willing to see it again with me: she claims it gets better every time she sees it. I think this movie is where "ride or die" was born. If not, it definitely fits the bill.

2 girl pals set out for a weekend get away that ended with murder, robbery and police chases and young brad pit and his six pack abs wearing the equivalent of low rise jeans for men. Just watch the movie and enjoy.

I watched this movie over 20 years ago, and I wanted my kids to watch it with me, so bought a copy. I still love this movie!

The way the women coped

It seems redundant to write a review of Thelma and Louise after all this time. but this movie inspired me to visit many of the visually stunning landscapes in the USA and to buy a big old American convertible 'land yacht'. This movie has humour; it's starts out relatively innocently and builds tension and drama as Thelma and Louise start a road trip that changes, or perhaps releases their true natures. Great performances match the scenery. I feel the movie's ending is appropriate, but the message remains unsettling; in Hollywood, if you are a renegade, or a good woman that's turned 'bad', then you must pay the inevitable price.This blu ray edition is in a 'collectible' metal case that many call a 'metalpak' or 'futurepak'. It has a very substantial weight and feel to it. The front artwork is pleasing, the back art is perhaps less impressive thanks to the quality of 'sheen' to this steel pack. It looks like it would benefit from a clear coat, matt or gloss, to bring out the colours on this case.The blu ray disc itself is nothing new. But the commentary tracks and extras are fairly good and add to the appreciation of the movie.

I like this film a lot, have seen it many times. If you have not seen it I recommend that you do.
