Easy to use and effective supplement. Easy to open container.

As with all Thorne products, you can't go wrong with this for back pain. I take the suggested dose of three pills a day. It has really helped my back pain, which is due to a fractured facet joint in the lower back. I believe that the ingredients are supposed to actually help repair the damage to the joint. I don't know if this is true, but my back is much better.

I have only been on this supplement for a couple weeks at this point with no noticeable improvement. However, it is my understanding that it takes a system a little more time to experience improvement. This is a product line that I trust so I am giving it the appropriate 90 days.

Been buying and trusted Thorne supplements for a while but will look else where now that company sold.
