Dissatisfied
No sort of instructions provided. It was just a remote in a plastic bag. Spent three days having to go through Google searches and YouTube videos to try to figure it out and there was no indicator if the remote was even working. Tried it out on three different TVs and nothing

This is not the remote I ordered and I can’t make it work with my Tv
The first pic is the remote you sent. My old remote is the other pic (2nd) it has many more buttons. There were no instructions how to marry to my tv and when I found the info on my phone this remote would not marry my tv. Very disappointing, cheap.

A VERY HIGH QUALITY REMOTE CONTROL BUILT TO EXACTING STANDARDS
I feel very badly since this remote control did not want to pair up with my television .... Amazon quickly helped me make the situation right by immediately offering and helping me to return it for a complete hassle free refund .... Kudos to Amazon .... BUT, the pkg., shipping, and price were excellent ....
