Back Pain Clavicle Posture Support Brace - Corrects and Helps with Bad Postures - Relieves Neck and Spine Pains

Excellent product, material and hardware. It's a very basic apparatus, and I honestly didn't comprehend the principle behind its design until I started wearing it. And you would not understand the physics in use unless you have an injured, weak shoulder. It's been making a big difference in several ways. One is that the pressure of gravity is taken off the weak shoulder and put on your upper back and other good shoulder. Second is the restricted movement, prevents you from making a bad move. Third could be more mental relief, I feel safer walking around in crowds and less worried about a bump situation. But this will not protect you from a seriously hard fall or accident, it's not a cast. It resists odor well, I would wash it in a mesh bag though. I have worn it on skin and a t-shirt, and prefer t-shirt. It will ride up while laying down, and the ring will interfere with your neck bone, but easy to readjust if your pain level allows. Otherwise you will need some assistance. It's been a challenge with my injury, but this made it easier. Once I was able to Velcro the right fit on my injured side, I just left it be, while I strapping my good side for removal.

UPDATE: I am returning this due to the velcro not staying in place (also, I found something better). I don't think it is a defect, just weak velcro. It worked good, but the velcro not staying in place is a deal breaker. I originally gave this four stars, but changed it to 3 stars due to the velcro problem.----------I like this. It works for me and I find it easy to put on and take off. I just loosen the straps and take it off, then when I put it back on I tighten the straps. It's that easy. The strap ends are on my chest, not on my back. So if you are having issues with it being on your back, you are wearing it wrong. If you have shoulder issues or your range of motion in your shoulders is non existent, then you should not wear this (or have someone help you put it on or take it off). The reason I say this is because you won't be able to adjust the straps yourself because you lack range of motion and just simply won't physically be able to adjust the straps yourself... or put on or take off the product.The straps are velcro, so they are easy to manage/control. The velcro could be stronger though. It's kind of weak and sometimes comes undone.

I had high hopes of correcting my posture to hopefully ease a lot of back pain, but this device isn't exactly as described. It's just an adjustable strap in the shape of a figure eight that twists your shoulders or restricts them in all the wrong ways. If it had a strap at the bottom to help keep it aligned better with your shoulders, then it might help somebody with slumping shoulders, but if you're looking for upper back pain relief, save your money because this thing is a gimmick.

(Don’t know why they don’t have it in a smaller size) This is the one I use 4 stars.Deluxe Clavicle Support $22.50. The most expensive of the three, very comfortable to wear. A good support when sleeping or doing moderate activity. However it is a bit spongy and may let you have more range of motion than you should if you are trying to brace a broken clavicle. You can wear this next to your skin. The biggest down side is that you can NOT get in it or adjust it by yourself. However there is a lot of pressure on the spine where the straps loop and it was so irritating that I could not wear it. 2 star

Works alright... if you adjust it perfectly and constantly, meaning its basically useless. It needs at least one more strap along the sternum or somewhere on the chest otherwise it simply rides up your neck and puts tension on the back of your neck further compressing your posture making it worse. I bought it to correct my posture as I cannot constantly self correct but the device is useless if you don't self correct, and if you rely on it you're lilkely to make your back worse.

Recommend for anyone with shoulder and back pain. The size is great and the straps are easy to grab and adjust over the shoulder as I have had under the arm adjustment before and is extremely difficult to adjust much less take off. The straps are nicely padded and have found No issue with this product hurting or pinching the skin. I do prefer wearing it on top of a tee shirt as it will stay cleaner. If you suffer from neck pain and curvature of the spine, or shoulder pain as I you will be doing yourself justice in purchasing one or more of these! I have close to 60 plus inches around shoulders and chest 3X shirts, so size works great for me, but it adjust. This helps take pressure of back and helps me walk tall.
