Great variety of grit levels for natural nails, press-ons, and acrylics
This kit has been really useful because it works well across different nail types. I’ve used it on natural nails, press-ons, and acrylics, and the variety of files and buffer blocks makes it easy to choose the right one for each job. The different grit levels are definitely noticeable and actually useful, which is one of the biggest positives for me. The buffer blocks also do a good job smoothing and refining the nail surface. They are not super heavy-duty salon tools, but they feel decent and sturdy enough for regular personal use. They seem to hold up well, especially for the price, and I like having multiple pieces in one set so I am not constantly replacing them. I think this would work well for both beginners and people who already do their own nails regularly. Overall, this is a practical and affordable nail care kit with good variety, and I would buy it again.

Has the shine buffing, and extra coarse files that most kits lack
These contain the 2 nail items I’ve been needing, but didn’t even know were out there for at-home use! Contains the “shiny gloss maker”, which polishes the whole nail to look like clear coat was used, when the nail is totally natural & bare! And, the extra rough file option. Does more focused shaping, w/o doing the same area over & over.

Easy to use
Works great when doing nails or just need to file. The file part wears down fast for the piece that has the 8 sides. Having the extra files replaces it easily. Having the numbers, makes it easy to use too.

Grit wears quickly
I guess you do get what you pay for or I'm rough on nail files. I do have thin but tough nails that do cut if I'm not careful,with that said I shredded through these in no time at all. Even the black ones which usually last me a very long time,they came unglued from the stick and the grit went quickly. For the price I guess I won't be to bothered by it.
