Such a great product and customer service
Purchased a few of these and always love the quality of the mystique ice hose. The high quality hose doesn’t build up any unwanted residue like some other hoses. The ice packs give hours of cold smoke. Absolutely recommend.

Tried an ice hose at a hookah lounge and it was the smoothest hookah I have ever had so I looked up some on Amazon for my personal hookah at home. I didn’t expect it to be the same but it was BETTER! Stays frozen for a while too!

Solid
I previously had an ice attachment for my hookah but it was so big and clunky it felt like i was holding a trumpet every time.This ice attachment is small and sleek, and the hose is really nice and solid.The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is that the ice does not stay cold all the way throughout 1 session.

Perfect addition to my hookah!
LOVE THIS HOSE!! Bought two and they work wonders on my hookah. Would highly recommend.*The second one I ordered came and didn't have an ice pack in the end. I contacted the seller and got a response that night! They send me a new one quickly. Great Customer Service!!*

Section used to refill is glued by the seller
The bags inside the ice tip were glued to the inside of the tip causing no air to get through to smoke. The seller stated the screw section of the ice tip was glued in design. This area being glued keeps you from being able to unscrew the tip to place another set of ice packs in it to use once the gel pack thaws, which means you have to freeze the entire tip before you can use it again. I froze my tip and tried to use it but the smoke would not come through since the ice gel packs had inadvertently become glued when they glued the screw portion and their decorative piece on the ice tip. I purchased three and had the same outcome. Unfortunately, this is their choice to glue the area that should be able to be unscrewed. Not a good strategy. Not sure why something designed to be unscrewed to put ice packets in would be glued.

Great addition
Great addition and it freezes in ab two hours. I move slow so by the time im done with prepping my hookah and other stuff its frozen and ready to use

Overall good purchase for price
Doesn’t stay as cold for longer than 30 minutes to an hour but pretty good purchase overall. Geezer lasts longer
