Not what I expected
The lion's share of this book is the author's journey from an autoimmune disease and her opinion on causes, which may or may not be based on good science (I can't really say either way, since I have no scientific training.) Though she does make a very valid point. What works for one person will be a disaster for another, so there really can't be one anti-inflammatory diet.The last little bit of this book is a handful of recipes, that she wrote to be easy to vary.I don't regret getting the $10 kindle version of the book, but I'd be pretty ticked if I had sprung for the much more expensive print version.

Recipes are not made for the autoimmune paleo diet
Because I could not view the recipes online, I took the author's word that they were indeed AIP recipes. Unfortunately, they are just Paleo recipes. Basically, I wasted my money on a cook book that I can't use. The title is greatly misleading, and should be changed, so as not to confuse readers.

This book has been an absolute lifesaver!
Earlier this summer, I was diagnosed with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). I took a natural treatment approach, and for 8 weeks eliminated sugar, all grains, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, fruit, high glycemic veggies, etc. I was so scared my diet would consist of raw kale and chicken for the whole 8 weeks - total boredom and deprivation!Then I heard about Dr. Keesha's book. Not only is the first half of the book chockfull of amazing information on leaky gut, autoimmune disease, FODMAP diets, and more, but the second half consists of amazing recipes that made my SIBO protocol a breeze.I made veggie and sausage frittatas, cauliflower soup, crackers, sweet dessert treats, and so much more...and they were all anti-inflammatory and low glycemic. I cannot recommend this book highly enough - it saved me from a summer of deprivation! And I'll be sticking with this anti-inflammatory diet for the foreseeable future because it was so doable with this cookbook!

I had expected more for the price. It's very pricey for what yo get IMHO. And I didn't need the summary of her other book that I already own here in this book.

So much more than a cookbook!
I love this comprehensive and educational cookbook! Dr Keesha explains not only what to eat (with her one size does not fit all individual approach) to live a life of healthy eating. She explains why and how. Her unique and innovative approach of offering master recipes with options to suit specific dietary needs is brilliant. I have tried some of her recipes - using the options to suit my dietary specific requirements - and no longer feel deprived because I am gluten and grain free. Delicious! Thank you Dr Keesha! I look forward to trying more. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom and of course the delicious, healthy and nourish ing recipes!

Amazing Paleo Book!
I can't wait to start using the recipes! The information in this book is amazing and very valuable! I'm very thankful for this book because I do not eat any grains and it's such a great help for someone to give me paleo cooking ideas. Thank you Mrs. Ewers for writing this book.

WAY MORE THAN JUST A COOKBOOK !
Dr. Keesha's Quick and Easy Cookbook teaches us the importance of eating for vibrant health. It is way more than a cookbook. She explains why so many of us are suffering with digestive issues and how to self empower ourselves and heal our guts. If you are not feeling well for any reason this book will help you. It was a true eyeopener for me. Our food truly is our medicine and we can support our cravings and shift our tastebuds to desire healthy food over sugar and processed foods. These tools really work! Dr. Keesha is a light in the world teaching us how to reverse health issue and improve overall health.
