As a person who wears makeup most days and suffers with spots under the skin, I wanted to give this a go to really clear out my pores. Upon first trial, I got a bit too excited watching gunk come out of the surface of my nose. Warning. DO NOT HOLD IT IN PLACE AT ALL NO MATTER HOW TEMPTING. Only on level 1 I ended up with what could only be described as a purple 'hickey' on my nose. Have used it a few times now and have finally got a good method. Wash and clean your face. Slather your face in a cleansing milk (I just use a standard Nivea cleansing and toning milk) and get your face well steamed for at least 10 minutes (either in a hot bath or facial steamer) so that the pores are open. The milk will allow the device to glide more easily over the skin and then you can turn up the suction power and really get in there with no bruising. I can't comment on whether the LED lights are effective, but I guess it's a nice addition if it is doing something. Comes with a little mirror, spot removal tools and some cute stickers (?). I would recommend getting some sort of medical grade/beauty grade cleaning spray to clean the plastic heads after washing. I use Mylee disinfectant spray which can also be used for my derma-roller.

This arrived really quickly, which is a huge surprise to me every time, as I live in Italy, (and frankly I've become very skeptical that anything will actually arrive. Don't get me on my soapbox.) The unit has a nice quality feel to it. Comes with several different heads which I'm still figuring out. The lights ... well, I'm a little skeptical about that function... not holding my breath. It comes with two extra tools - a pair of pincers and a comedone extractor, plus a little purse mirror. In my excited haste, I made the mistake of forgetting to steam my (washed) face. I could see the sebum (straining in vain to exit the pores) through the little plastic head. Unfortunately, because of that, I upped the suction and remained on the site. Result; nice little 'love bite' on the side of my nose. There was still a good portion of the sebum still inside the pore - the only option was to squeeze the rest out, otherwise, I'd have that bruise for nothing. I remembered that steaming was important, felt stupid, then went and had a shower, paying a lot of attention to cleaning my skin, and then used a reasonably hot towel before attempting the other side. Unfortunately, I had much the same result. A bruised section of nose. The suction is really good on this thing, but one BIG fault with that, is that if you find that your skin is being pulled further inside the tube, your only option is to force it off. Your instinct, however, tells you to press the power switch to turn it off so that you can remove it gently. Unfortunately, the next time you press the power button, the suction is increased. The next time, it increases even more, and the next time you'll see blood coming out of your skin instead of excess sebum. I did it 3 times before I finally managed to stop myself! My nose is a mess. Fortunately, and to my surprise, the comedone extractor works quite efficiently, with much less injury. I finished my pore cleaning with that instead. Not sure that I can recommend it. I don't have particularly sensitive skin - especially after living since adolescence with such productive sebum on my nose. I'll give it another try in a month or so, and if my results are better, will post an update.

It arrives in a sleek, professional looking box with full instructions. Included are the vaccume, USB charger, 5 suction heads (the function of each explained in the booklet), a compact mirror, and a manual blackhead removal kit which was a nice bonus. The instructions are clear and consice, though the Chinese translation is amusing in parts. It is very easy to use. The suction is powerful even on the lowest, and don't be fooled by how it feels on your hand (which I recommend doing first). The suction feels a lot more powerful on the face and may bring a tear or two to your eye. The settings are easy: the number of time you press them button increases the suction power, and there is a different button for the light. In terms of results, I have attached pictures of the results of my first use. This was after no cleansing and only about 2 minutes of hot water on my face. It did leave my face quite red (because of the suction) so don't do this right before going out. But I will say you can literally see the blackheads, dirt, and grease being sucked out if you do it in front of a mirror. Overall, I'm very happy with the product, especially for the price.

I never normally write reviews, but I had to with this. I have NEVER been able to get rid of my blackheads, not even minimise them. No pore strip, face mask, or face routine has been able to really get in there and strip away the darn things, and my nose and upper cheeks are covered in them. THIS MAGICAL PRODUCT HAS RID ME KF THIS BURDEN. On power 1 it was doing its job perfectly, I wouldn’t need to even go up any higher, the suction is already STRONG. It does leave your skin looking red for a few hours and on my chin I have hickeys, but that isn’t the products fault, I mean, what do u expect when u put a high sucking thing to ur face. I will be using this again! The amount of disgusting gunk that was left in the top was horrific, but my skin hasn’t felt this smooth in years! I highly recommend this product for people who have persistent blackheads.

Ich habe mich nach endlich entschieden mir auch so einen kleinen "Pickelsauger" zu kaufen. Ich habe, wie viele andere Frauen auch, gerade in der T-Zone immer wieder verstopfte Poren und Mitesser. Ganz egal was ich für eine Pflege benutze, Stirn, Nase und Kinn sind immer fettig. Da kann man wohl nichts ändern. Also was tut man als Frau - genau man drückt daran herum, bis alles rot ist. Bei mir haben sich dadurch irgendwann schon kleine geplatzte Äderchen auf der Nase gezeigt, was mich dann wirklich gestört hat. Also was dann? Nasenstrips - die sind auf Dauer ziemlich teuer und das Ergebnis auch eher mittelprächtig. Also hab ich mir jetzt so einen kleinen Sauger geholt. Geliefert wird das Ganze in einer handlichen Verpackung. Also sofort aufgemacht und ausprobiert. Man hat 5 verschiedene Aufsätze zur Auswahl und kann 5 Saugstärken einstellen - was ich superpraktisch finde. So konnte ich mich mit einer sanften Einstellung erst mal rantasten. Um unschöne blaue Flecken zu vermeiden, sollte man das Gerät immer bewegen und nicht zu lange an einer Stelle bleiben. Ich hab einfach immer langsam und sanft die Kuppel über die Haut gleiten lassen - und Junge kommt da was raus! Meine Haut war leicht gerötet aber das ist schnell wieder vergangen und blaue Flecke etc hatte ich keine. Dazu wird neben dem Sauger noch ein Derma-Miniset mit Spiegel, Pinzette und Komedonenquetscher mitgeliefert. Also ich bin begeistert und kann mir die teuren Nasenstrips in Zukunft sparen :) Ach und genug Ersatz-Schwämmchen sind auch gleich mit dabei.

Questo è il mio primo aspiratore di punti neri, ero curioso di provarlo perche ne avevo sentito parlare molto bene. La scatola si presenta bene e anche se fatta di cartone sembra di plastica e questa è già una ottima presentazione. L'aspiratore anch'esso è fatto molto bene ha una bella linea e de ergonomico e facile a tenere in mano, lo sto usando da una settimana anche se non tutti i giorni ma uno si e tre no anche perche non è consigliabile usarlo tutti i giorni perche fa bene il suo lavoro e quindi il riformarsi di impurità sotto la pelle non è immediato e poi cmq questo dipende da soggetto a soggetto. Arriva con diversi accessori e tutti utili, partiamo dalle testine che sono 5, 1 testina piccola e 2 medie: per pelli sensibili e delicate,1 testina larga per i punti neri ostinati e 1 testina ovale principalmente utilizzata per le rughe, poi troviamo una pinzetta e un altro strumento che non so come si chiama e che da un lato ha una punta sottile e dall'altro n occhiello e poi ci sono 10 filtri di ricambio e delle guarnizioni aggiuntive e poi abbiamo anche il manuale di istruzioni, anche in italiano e molto dettagliato. L'aspiratore ha una batteria interna ricaricabile tramite il cavo usb presente nella confezione, a 5 velocità di utilizzo anche se le prime 3 velocità sono già abbastanza potenti infatti io l'ho provate tutte per curiosità ma con la 4 e la 5 velocità se si sta fermi in un punto e non si muove l'aspiratore si sente un po di dolore e scende la lacrimuccia perche la forza dia spirazione è molto potente. Le 3 luci multifunzionali a 3 colori (Rosso/Verde/Blu) oltre a essere belle da vedere offrono diverse lunghezze d'onda (620/530/415 nm), aiutano a rigenerare, schiarire e riparare la pelle, dimenticavo di dire che negli accessori presenti nella confezione c'è anche uno specchio cosi da poter utilizzare l'aspiratore anche dove manca un specchio. Consiglio di usare l'aspiratore dopo aver bagnato la faccia con acqua calda cosi da aprire tutti i pori o se si possiede una nano sauna facciale è ancora meglio perche il vapore aiuta molto e cmq non tenete mai fermo l'aspiratore su un punto del viso ma fatelo scivolare in maniera continua sul naso o su dove si vuole usare perche cosi facendo si evita il rossore della pelle. Lo consiglio perche fa quello per cui è progettato i benefici si vedono dalla prima volta che si usa.

Grundlegend funktioniert das Gerät, für den Preis ist es auch wertig hergestellt und verpackt. Es saugt auch sehr gut, aber trotzdem entfernt es bei mir nicht alle Mitesser. Ich weiß noch nicht woran es liegt, vielleicht an den Aufsätzen? Ich habe jedenfalls sogar ein Dampfbad gemacht, um die Poren zu öffnen (sonst funktioniert es nämlich fast gar nicht) und leider sind noch einige Mitesser da. Ich versuche es weiter, vielleicht wende ich das Gerät noch nicht gut genug an. Im Grunde ist es aber gut für den Preis.

La potenza di aspirazione è ottimale e non lascia il viso arrossato per più di pochi minuti. La batteria è duratura e funziona egregiamente a patto di aver pulito il viso con il latte detergente.
