Design Toscano Jesus, The Good Shepherd Garden Statue: Large

This small Good Shepherd statue is light and easy to handle. A person with some disabilities could easily place it. This would be a wonderful gift for a religious mother or grandmother, or for a church garden, or convent. Mine is at the cemetery and the whole family loves it’s addition to our place of meditation. It looks fragile, but we have had no breakage. It requires some care to prevent winter wear and heavy winds that might tip it over. But it is so beautiful that it is well worth it for the minimal care needed.

I waited two months for this stunning statue. It was worth the wait! The packaging was perfect! The statue came without any damage. The quality is beautiful. I will order from this company again!

Update: The more I went looking at statues the more I like the resin. Concrete statues weigh far too much and most of the time the detail is wanting. This statue is beautiful in my yard and I am happy with it. I am adding back two stars. Original review: OK, I just got this today. The workmanship and detail is great. Mine does NOT have any glue or defects on it at all. What I am dissapointment in is the weight and material. $125 is steep for what feels like plastic resin. I have bought carved stone for just over $100 of an Angel in my yard with weight to it. So...it IS a nice piece....and Jesus holding the lamb is just awesome. But $125 is too much for the material. I am going to give it a few days to decide if I return it. I may also adjust this review....this is just a first impression. I may not care about the weight after a while....I may like the lightweight resin.....not sure.

Statue is absolutely beautiful! It is bigger than expected and nicely detailed, definitely not disappointed! My mom was extremely satisfied and she's a hard one to satisfy!!!!!

We had originally thought to get a plaster statue, but haven't found one we liked. Then found this one and it is perfect and much nicer than any plaster one. I painted the inside of the tub a light blue so it shows up against that background nicely. Since we live where the snow is often higher than the tub, we bring the statue inside for the winter.

What a beautiful Jesus Statue. It is so detailed and looks amazing in my shrine area in the back. Well worth the money and I highly recommend!

After searching for a medium size statue to place in our garden, we found the one and are 100% happy and satisfied with it. We will fix up the area and decorate it to be used as our prayer garden. The statue is true size, weight and color as described, and the height is perfect for a private yard, not too small or big. The shepherd’s staff is removable. Statue came packed in a box with heavy styrofoam, very secured. 100% recommended!

This look great in my backyard.
