Got this RC car this summer for my sons Birthday. It's fun and very maneuverable beginners RC car. He really enjoyed it! We have a number of different RC cars and this one compares well with much more expensive RC from local hobby store! Good quality for the price! Just be aware that car is 2wd and will slowdown off road, but will make it over small rocks and tree roots. If you plan drive it on the grass, cut it short. Unfortunately, after few month car stopped turning. It still drives forward and in reverse, just wouldn't turn. After sitting on the shelf for about a month my son remembered that car had a warranty card with it. So, I contacted company, not expecting much. I must say, customer service was great! They responded in timely manner and after figuring what the issue was, company offered to send a new car! Now I'm waiting for a new car, and glad that I don't have to deal with returning the broken one! Over all happy with my purchase! Even though I had an issue, company supported it's warranty and customer service was excellent!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to put my gopro on to get some cool ground shots, This RC car is very well built better then the plastic shells i've had before, Super fun to drive around in the drive way and parking lots. I may buy another one for my brother. The 2 batteries is a game changer for me because you can always be charging one so you dont run out of battery.This is not for the grass, but drives great on the pavementPros:Comes with two batteries - each battery lasts about 20-30 minutesWell built- its not just a plastic shell like others I have seen.Easy setupControl is really simpleHas front and back bumperCons:Controller is all plasticOverall this is a ton of fun for $40 and will last longer then the plastic shell rc cars,I recommend this for kids and kid adults who want something to play around with on their driveway or a parking lot.I've got some cool footage from mounting a Gopro to it.

Couple of things.1. You will need to buy the usb charger cable as the end did not match up with the standard universal charger I have had for other types of batteries. It will not fit the basic 6.0A charger (and I have 6 types of ends).2. I bought two separate models of these BEZGAR RC cars. This one and it's red twin with the light rack.The red car, worked, no issue....When we opened this one, it would not drive forward. Steering works, reverse works, runs reverse fine...Just no forward motion. No matter what I tried to reset the system, following the turn on instructions, and simple trouble shooting, etc. it would no go forward. When I tested the second time, again with reverse only, I smelled electronic burn and stopped everything altogether. Turned unit off, unhooked battery and placed car back in the box.I already reached out to the seller to resolve the issue. I will be returning it for hopefully, a replacement.Update 7.29.2020Support contacted me and had read my review. I give props to them, they interacted with me quite nicely, walked me through their process and most importantly, sent me a replacement car via priority mail. This car works fine, and the service was in my opinion what you would hope for. I have switched my rating accordingly.

Let's be clear - this is a toy RC car, not a hobby quality car. It has plastic gears, imprecise steering, and a top speed of about 5-10mph. It will break, and replacement parts are not available.So why the high rating? Because it's cheap, comes with 2 batteries, is relatively durable, and customer services was excellent! We bought 2 for our kids (ages 5 and 3) and they've had a lot of fun racing the cars around the driveway, bashing into things, building race courses and jumps, etc.One of the cars had steering issues (stopped steering). I had to take it apart and push the plastic gear back onto the steering motor shaft.One of our cars was stepped on by a toddler, which broke off a wheel (not the car's fault). It looked like an easy fix, so I emailed customer service and they sent me an entire new car to replace it! That's a lot of replacement parts!

I wanted an RC car my kid could use to play with our dogs. The idea was to put it in our backyard and let the dogs chase it. My patio is concrete and then it goes into grass. I sat the RC car on the patio, started taking off and... dead stop, as soon as it hit the grass.On Concrete and carpet it works greats. Slides a bit on wood and linoleum don't even try. Fully charged battery seemed to only be able to go about 15-20 minutes before it starts slowing down.TLDR; All in all, good for beginners but unfortunately was NOT what I was looking for. Ignore the Off-road part: grass is it's enemy.

Update 6/10/2021After a few emails with the seller of this product they agreed to send a replacement for the original. Their customer service and proactive responses was A+ and sent another toy car right out. Even though the first one failed pretty quick the second one is going strong and runs like a champ and my grandson is having a lot of fun racing it around the house and the park. Has great range and very fast and lots of fun. Thank you !Original Post:"Pretty disappointed on this one - gave as a birthday gift and had it all charged up for my Grandson and made it thru both batteries running on the pavement and dry grass no water, recharged them and unit will not run at all checked voltage on batteries and both charged new batteries in controller still nothing put batteries on charger again to make sure still nothing. Grandson was pretty disappointed was his favorite gift and toy."
